CRS EnterpriseSelling™ is a scalable, distributed application that links inventory and commerce systems (POS, e-commerce, and call centers) in real-time so you can "save-the-sale" when out of stock in one location, process "buy online, pickup in store" orders, or easily manage any number of configurable retail sales orders.


Inventory Locator searches real-time inventory availability from any point of customer interaction - whether it's a sales counter, kiosk, call center, online, or wireless device.

  • Geo-coded Inventory Catalog to maintain hierarchies, text descriptions, SKU attributes, and outlet information
  • Inventory Search capabilities to search, browse, and filter products based on attributes and geographical parameters
  • Inventory Manager component that provides real-time updates of availability information as well as configurable inventory status for reservations, sales, returns, and other stock movement status changes
  • Reporting capabilities including real-time inventory movements and out-of-stock product demand by SKU and location to improve demand planning and allocation in future periods
Order Manager manages real-time customer orders between selling and fulfilling locations. It allows sales associates and customer service representatives to sell products located at other locations and manage those orders from any point of interaction, including point-of-sale and customer service center.
  • Order Processing Engine that creates, delivers, and tracks orders throughout their configurable lifecyle - from selling location, through multiple processing steps, to order completion at the fulfilling location
  • Order Configurator that allows the retailer to define multiple order types, order flows, and event-based actions to occur during the order process.
  • Order Router that intelligently routes orders to fulfilling locations based on inventory levels, transaction volume, geographic distance, or other retailer-defined business rules
  • In-store order control capabilities such as pick-ticket and shipping label printing, and notification alerts for sales associates and managers
  • Reporting capabilities that include multi-channel customer and order histories for Store-to-Store, Web-to-Store, or other customized order types
