CRS LearningSolutions: Learning Management System (LMS)
The LMS is like a training "jukebox" that will launch various kinds of presentations, lessons, and tests, based on associate job class. It tracks usage and records scores according to employee ID number. Managers can view and print reports of training results for associates and courses, or for the store as a whole.
