The Epicor Supply Chain Execution Data Collection suite (DCS) is designed to extend and enhance the functionality of Epicor’s suite directly to the warehouse floor, enabling you to quickly and efficiently capture real-time inventory transactions with ease.

With the Data Collection suite, each transaction is completed successfully with a few simple scans using stationary, portable, wired or wireless (radio frequency) equipment for real-time entry of purchasing, distribution and work order information.  Complete transaction event history is maintained for analysis and reporting, and provides a seamless, fully integrated solution to track your inventory.

The Data Collection suite includes support for the following functionality.  All transactions listed may be conducted using radio frequency (RF) technology.

• Tracking all inventory moves, including transfers, picks, and ad hoc adjustments
• Spot, cycle and physical inventory counts
• Sales order picking, packing, staging and shipping
• Creating and customizing bar-coded labels and forms
• Purchase order receiving, adjustments, cross-docking of inventory and directed put-away
• Pick work orders, consume materials during production, report finished goods and scrap

• Support for EDI transactions such as an Advanced Ship Notice
