EPICweb

The EPICweb Team has put together a series of short training videos, the first of these show you how to create your EPICweb account and reset your password.  Once you have an EPICweb account, you can access the other training sessions from within EPICweb https://epicweb.epicor.com/Pages/TrainingVideos.aspx.

You will need to install the WebEx Viewer to watch these presentations.

Creating an Account and Password.

Create an account
To create an account, go to: http://www.epicor.com/security/passwordmanager.aspx and select Create New Account.
You must enter your company’s Site ID, your e-mail address (which must be in our system for this site id) and a Username.

If you already have an account you will be instructed to reset your password. 
If your e-mail address is not in our system, you will get a message that your e-mail address is not valid for the site ID.

If your account is created successfully, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address containing the username and password.


Reset Password
To reset your password, go to: http://www.epicor.com/security/passwordmanager.aspx  and select Reset Password.  You must enter your company’s Site ID and your e-mail address. If your account is not found then you will be instructed to create a new account.

If your password is successfully reset, an email will be sent to your e-mail address containing the username and password.


Change Password
To change your password, go to:  http://www.epicor.com/security/passwordmanager.aspx and select Change Password.  You must enter your company’s Username, your Current Password, your New Password and a Confirm Password.

Your password will be changed and no e-mail will be sent.
