| Customer Relationship Management - iScala CRM |
| Sales Process Integration |
Users can work with Leads and Opportunities using the MS CRM environment. While entering an Opportunity, users can assign various items to an Opportunity (for example: products, services, time activities, cost activities, etc.). The system will then send a request to iScala where price, currency and discounts calculations are performed according to iScala settings and this information is sent back to update the Opportunity. This user interaction between iScala CRM and iScala ERP happens as one process for the user.
In order to accommodate the concept of a “Complex Solution Order” (when a company sells not only finished products, but related services, or where they may have to manufacture the product; and this is not known to a sales person when they first register an Opportunity), Opportunities get converted into various types of orders via iScala’s Customer Request, which is a snapshot of an Opportunity. In SR1 we can handle the Sales Order type.
Users can generate Sales Proposals using Microsoft Word 2003 templates. They can keep track of all versions and store changes made to proposals as well as populate proposals with customer and product data from iScala. |
- Better visibility into the pipeline and across sales activities.
- Improved quality of leads and closure rates.
- All customer related information and activities are stored in one place. You get a complete view of your customers!
- Integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office: e-mail time is less; reports can be exported into Excel.
- Standard reports are fast and easy.
- Your sales people will love it. It requires minimum training and the interface looks like Outlook. Therefore, using iScala CRM you will achieve high end user adoption rates and can get up and running in production operations in weeks, not months.
- Out-of-the box integration with iScala ERP, so if you are an iScala ERP customer, you do not have to spend time on integrating applications, but focus on improving your customer relationship processes.
- The integration with iScala ERP allows you to access iScala’s rich sales order management and fulfilment functionality, including inventory visibility, multi-currency, VAT and local legislation.
